We are seeking Part-Time Contents Technicians to support a high volume of restoration projects. This position is warehouse-based and does not require travel to job sites.
In this role, you will clean, restore, and organize soft and hard contents from fire-damaged properties. The work is repetitive, detail-oriented, and physically active, and plays a critical role in helping customers recover after a disaster.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean and restore soft contents such as clothing, textiles, and linens
- Clean and restore hard contents including furniture, household items, and electronics
- Perform repetitive cleaning tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Safely handle, organize, and store contents within the warehouse
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
Qualifications
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move items throughout the workday
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Restoration or cleaning experience is helpful, but not required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license required
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with cleaning agents
- Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry items
